About the Journal

Journal of Wound and Biomedical Research (JWBR) is an Indonesian, open-access, peer-reviewed journal published biannually (every six months). JWBR focuses on the interdisciplinary fields of wound care, tissue repair, and biomedical sciences. It aims to be a platform for disseminating high-quality scientific research that advances knowledge and practice in wound management and biomedical innovation.

Aims and Scope

JWBR welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, and case studies covering, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Wound healing and tissue regeneration

  • Regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy

  • Biomaterials and biomedical devices

  • Clinical and experimental dermatology

  • Cellular and molecular therapy

  • Biomedical engineering and applied biomedical research

Open Access Policy

Peer Review Process
